Georgemain PROPHETE is

President of HDTC (Haiti

Development Trust Corporation),

advocating for initiatives to empower

the Diaspora in addressing Haiti's

security and humanitarian crisis. He

has held various leadership roles in

Haiti, including President of the

Northern Chamber of Commerce,

Departmental Delegate of the

Government and Customs Director. As

an entrepreneur, he operated a sugar

cane distillery from 1983 to 2008 and

led a local soccer team, FICA, to three

(3) National Championships in Haiti.

Attorney Ralph Stanley Francois, Esq. has over 15 years of trial litigation experience, specializing in civil and criminal law, including personal injury, consumer law, family law, immigration, and bankruptcy.

Rosebrune Vixamar

Rosebrune S. Vixamar is a purpose-driven leader, cultural advocate, and community builder with a heart for justice and vision for transformation. She is the founder and president of International Women of H.O.P.E., a global nonprofit dedicated to uplifting women and girls through Healing, Opportunity, Purpose, and Empowerment. She believes in change through education.

 

With more than a decade of impact in Haiti, the United States, and Brazil, Rosebrune has championed initiatives in education, wellness, sustainable development, and women’s leadership. She is the visionary behind the HOPE Center and Training Facility in Limonade, Haiti—a space dedicated to empowerment, education, and restoration for women and young people.

 

In northern Haiti, Rosebrune plays an active and supportive role in agricultural initiatives led by Eddy Lahens with the Lakay Pi Bon movement, working hand-in-hand with local farmers, youth, and community leaders. These efforts support food security, ecological sustainability, and rural empowerment, laying the groundwork for long-term transformation.

 

She is also the CEO of Chez Nous Entreprises, and co-founder of Eagle Global Export-Import, using entrepreneurship as a platform for innovation and inclusion. 

As a proud member of Lakay Pi Bon and a Shareholder of the Haitian Development Trust Corporation (HDT), she remains deeply committed to Haiti’s cultural and economic revival.

 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rosebrune is a wife to Enock Vixamar, a devoted mother of two, and a joyful grandmother. Her leadership is marked by faith, integrity, and a fierce commitment to the next generation. Through every project and partnership, she continues to plant seeds of hope—believing that dignity, opportunity, and community can change the course of the nation of Haiti and transform 

 

Rosebrune has also participated in numerous conversations and collaborative forums focused on the betterment and advancement of Haiti. Through her involvement with diverse community leaders, organizations, and visionaries, she continues to contribute to strategies and dialogues aimed at building a stronger, more united Haiti.

Kerby Jean-Gilles is an accomplished entrepreneur with a strong background in general management. He holds a license in real estate, life, and health insurance, and currently serves as the General Manager at Synergy Funding LLC. 

With extensive experience in management, sales, and team building, Kerby is known for his strategic mindset and leadership skills. 

He is also a passionate business enthusiast, committed to driving growth and innovation in every venture he undertakes.

Gigi Gilbert, also known as Ghislaine Darbouze Gilbert, is a retired Executive Manager and the

visionary founder of Gigi Forever 29 Train. As a proud mother of three and grandmother to six,

she is on a mission to inspire individuals to embrace a youthful mindset, proving that age is just

a number. Rooted in science and common sense—not luck—her philosophy on maintaining

youthfulness centers on practical, sustainable habits.

For decades, she has humorously declared herself “29 forever,” embodying a lifestyle that

champions the power of exercise, love, sustainability, and purposeful living. Gigi passionately

advocates for rejecting smoking, reducing alcohol consumption, staying active, cultivating

love, letting go of hatred, caring for the planet, and uncovering one's true purpose. Through her

work, she encourages others to live life vibrantly, refusing to let age define their spirit.

Her latest ambitious initiative focuses on transforming Haiti into a Blue Zone—a region that

fosters longevity and overall well-being. She believes Haiti's prosperity lies in nurturing its

land, echoing Oswald Durand's poetic words: "Let us cultivate the land that Dessalines

bequeathed."

Révérend Jules Casséus

 

Le Docteur Jules Casséus est né le 27 novembre 1941 dans une famille chrétienne. Fils du feu Pasteur Ermilus Casséus, il est diplômé en Théologie en 1969 puis licencié en 1970 au Séminaire Théologique Baptiste d'Haïti.

 

De 1971 à 1975, il a travaillé comme assistant professeur au Séminaire et, en Août 1975, sa femme et lui ont laissé le pays pour aller à Rochester New York où sa femme a achevé son Bachelier en Sciences musicales tandis que lui était admis à plein temps au programme de Maitrise, puis de Doctorat, à Colgate Rochester Divinity School/Bexley Hall/Crozer Theological Seminary où il obtint, en mai 1977, un Doctorat en "Ethique Chrétienne et sociale". Son mémoire de sortie s'intitulait: ASPECTS OF HAITIAN SOCIAL CONDITIONS AND A CHRISTIAN CONCEPT OF DEVELOPMENT.

 

Ils retournèrent en Haïti en Juin 1977 et il obtint une chaire de professeur à plein temps au Séminaire Théologique Baptiste d’Haïti. En 1981, il devint Doyen du Séminaire.

 

Sous son leadership, le STBH s’est transformé, en 1994, en Université Chrétienne du Nord d'Haïti (UCNH). Dès ce moment-là, il devint Président ou Recteur de l'Université et Doyen de la Faculté de Théologie.

 

Il a pris sa retraite en juin 2016, mais continue à enseigner aux programmes de Licence et de Maîtrise de l’Université et reste disponible pour elle comme Consultant Senior.

 

Le Docteur Casséus est l’auteur d’environ 34 ouvrages: des ouvrages de texte pour la Faculté de Théologie et deux pour la Faculté des Sciences Administratives. Il a deux enfants.

Carl Gilbert, MD, is a practicing physician and freelance journalist. He founded the Haiti

Connexion Network (HCN) and RFC Radio Francophonie Connexion, among other initiatives.

A devoted father of three and a proud grandfather of six, he has committed many years to

helping the people of Haiti. Through various media platforms and acting, such as organizing

medical missions alongside his wife, Ghislaine, he works towards his dream of a prosperous
